Richard Cruz is a serial entrepreneur that started in corporate America. Leaving the workplace early on to create his own space would turn out to be a winning strategy. He would build Atlas Embroidery into a successful business of multiple locations in less than a decade before selling the company and investing into another firm. His second business would also find success and later be acquired but a larger firm. After many years of business ownership Richard made a decision to re-enter the corporate workplace.
