Have you ever said this in the workplace: “I’M NOT GONNA PLAY THOSE POLITICS!” Come on…admit it…you’ve said it. Honestly…I’ve said many times. Know one usually challenges that statement. I want to challenge it. Is it really politics; or is it just getting to know your boss? It would seem a little weird to want to move up in your career and not build a relationship with your boss.
